Job summary

Arcadia Cold Storage and Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to manage loading, unloading, stacking, sorting, and picking to assemble customer orders in a warehouse setting. You will oversee warehouse operators and provide training while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, coordinating with Wave Planner, and maintaining accuracy and cleanliness. A GED or high school diploma, teamwork, and flexibility are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience operating Arcadia MHE equipment.
• Basic reading, legible writing and arithmetic skills.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of individuals.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently or as a team.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
• Flexible work schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (power jack and forklift).
• Load, unload, stack, sort, and pick products to prepare orders.
• Coordinate with Wave Planner for put-away and shipping accuracy.
• Ensure proper LM functions as communicated by supervisors.
• Oversee activities of Warehouse Operators and training of new hires.
• Maintain clean work environment and report damages.
