Qualifications

• Effective communication with a variety of individuals.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems preferred.
• Flexible schedule including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks to move products.
• Load, unload, and palletize goods for shipping and receiving.
• Coordinate with Wave Planner for put-away, shipping, and receiving accuracy.
• Provide training and guidance to new hires and oversee warehouse operators.
• Ensure safety standards and inspect equipment daily.
• Cross-train and support Operator I, II, and III as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized work area and report damages.
