Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and guide warehouse teams, including forklift operators, ensuring daily tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; background check and drug screen may be required.
• 2 years of warehouse/distribution ops experience and 6 months leadership or supervisory experience in a distribution env.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain a Forklift Operator license.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates and forklift drivers.
• Conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Operate powered industrial equipment to move products and materials safely.
• Complete shipping/tracking paperwork per SOPs and regulatory agencies.
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts and report variances.
• Serve as backup to supervisor and other warehouse roles as needed.
