Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and supervise warehouse teams, ensuring safety and accuracy across shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse functions. The role includes training forklift operators, conducting inspections, and backing up supervision as needed.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in warehouse operations with leadership experience, be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain one, and demonstrate a proactive approach to process improvement

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years warehouse/distribution experience.
• Minimum 6 months leadership or supervisory experience in a distribution environment.
• Licensed forklift operator or ability to obtain forklift license.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates to complete daily tasks.
• Provide backup to supervisor as needed across departments.
• Conduct PIT and annual recertification training for forklift drivers.
• Review production and inventory reports to identify variances and improvements.
• Ensure safety checks and inspections are completed daily.
