Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and guide warehouse associates, including forklift drivers, in daily tasks and safety procedures. The role supports a supervisor and covers shipping, receiving, packaging, and inventory control with a focus on safe operation and timely performance.

The candidate will train staff, perform PIT certifications, observe performance, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance across the distribution center while supporting continuous improvement

Qualifications

• 2+ years of warehouse/distribution operations experience.
• 6 months leadership or supervisory experience in distribution.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train warehouse associates and forklift drivers.
• Lead daily tasks and support supervisor as needed.
• Operate pallet movement equipment and manage shipping/receiving duties.
• Support inventory control, cycle counts, and safety inspections.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company procedures.
