Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and train teams across shipping, receiving, inventory, and general warehouse tasks. The Lead provides backup to supervisors and ensures safety and compliance.

Responsibilities include training forklift drivers, conducting PIT and recertification, performing daily inspections, and handling paperwork per SOPs and regulatory requirements. This role emphasizes teamwork, continuous improvement, and reliable operation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Minimum 2 years warehouse/distribution experience and 6 months leadership or supervisory experience.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers; conduct PIT and annual recertification.
• Conduct EIP, performance, and maintenance observations.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution.
• Complete shipping labels and paperwork per SOPs and regulatory agencies.
