Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Warehouse Lead to coach and train warehouse associates, oversee daily tasks, and provide coverage for supervisors as needed. The role encompasses shipping/receiving, inventory control, and general warehouse duties across departments.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in warehouse operations and 6 months of leadership experience, with a valid forklift license. This on-site role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years prior warehouse/distribution operations experience.
• 6 months leadership or supervisory experience and/or training in a distribution environment.
• Must be a licensed forklift operator or able to obtain Forklift Operator license.

Responsibilities

• Train new warehouse associates and forklift drivers and conduct PIT and annual recertification training.
• Conduct safety, performance, and maintenance observations.
• Safely operate powered industrial equipment to move products for distribution.
• Complete paperwork per SOPs and regulatory requirements (DOT, IATA, IMDG).
• Participate in inventory/cycle counts and report variances to leadership.
