Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead (2nd shift) in Hendersonville, NC to oversee daily warehouse operations, support production, and ensure food safety compliance.

You will guide line balance, troubleshoot equipment, and supervise team members to maintain quality and efficiency. The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of production experience; strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to Multi-task are essential to success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of production experience operating equipment.
• Experience in the food/beverage industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented; ability to multi-task.

Responsabilités

• Maintain a clean work area and manage spill cleanup.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment along the line.
• Lead by example and supervise others in the clean‑as‑you‑go program.
• Conduct daily walk-throughs and communicate findings.
• Ensure product quality, proper tagging, and minimize waste.
• Train new employees and provide feedback to managers.
• Ensure food safety and SQF compliance.
