Qualifications

• One year of production experience operating equipment.
• Experience in the food/beverage industry (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work area and ensure a safe, organized production environment.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment; assist with line balancing and downtime maintenance.
• Lead by example and supervise shift personnel in clean as you go program.
• Communicate findings to warehouse staff and maintain product quality and safety.
• Train new employees and provide feedback to managers on performance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements are met.
