Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the shift in warehouse operations for production support and customer service.
• Assist line operators and balance the line to maximize productivity and reduce waste.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Train new employees and provide feedback to managers on performance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements are followed.
