Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Production Lead at our Hendersonville, NC location. You will oversee daily warehouse operations, support line balancing, troubleshoot equipment, and ensure product safety and quality with a focus on customer service.

• Forklift certification required.
• At least 1 year of production experience operating equipment.

Aufgaben

• Maintain a clean work area and keep floors free of juice and debris to prevent slips.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment; support maintenance when downtime occurs.
• Lead by example and train new employees in the assigned area; ensure safe and efficient operations.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance; monitor CCP and SQF requirements.
