Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co., Inc is seeking a Warehouse Lead (1st shift, 6am-2:30pm) at its Hendersonville, NC location. This role supervises day-to-day warehouse operations with emphasis on production support, customer service, line balancing and safety compliance.

The position requires a high school diploma and at least 1 year of production experience operating equipment. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential to guide the team and maintain quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of production experience operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean work area and manage spill control to reduce slip hazards.
• Operate and troubleshoot equipment along the line and support maintenance during downtime.
• Lead by example and direct others in the clean-as-you-go program.
• Perform daily walk-throughs and communicate issues to the warehouse team.
• Ensure product quality and proper rotation, tagging, and packaging handling.
