Job summary

Lassonde Pappas & Co. operates a warehouse in Hendersonville, NC and seeks a Warehouse Lead for 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm). You will direct daily warehouse operations, support production lines, and ensure quality and safety of products for customer readiness.

Qualifications

• Minimum required: high school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of production experience operating equipment.
• Experience in the food/beverage industry is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the shift of warehouse operations.
• Support line balancing and troubleshoot equipment.
• Perform quality checks and ensure product safety.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow clean‑as‑you‑go.
• Train new employees and provide feedback to management.
