Lassonde Pappas & Co. is hiring a Warehouse Lead (2nd shift) in Hendersonville, NC to supervise the warehouse team, ensure smooth production flow, and uphold food safety standards. The role focuses on line balance, equipment troubleshooting, and quality control while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

You will mentor operators, enforce safety practices, and collaborate with management on performance and process improvements. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum required qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent; one year of production experience operating equipment.
• Additional preferred qualifications: experience in the food/beverage industry; excellent verbal and written communication; detail oriented; ability to multi-task; ability to work independently; build and maintain professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the warehouse shift with focus on production support and customer service.
• Assist line operators, balance lines, troubleshoot equipment, and perform quality checks.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and ensure food safety compliance (SQF).
• Provide training and guidance to new employees.
• Report performance and safety issues to management.
