The ideal candidate has 3+ years in warehouse/logistics, strong MS Office skills, experience with Acceleration or similar inventory systems, and a proven ability to communicate and organize workflow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, logistics, or related experience.
• Previous warehouse lead, team lead, or hands-on supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Acceleration or another inventory management system.
• Comfortable performing physical warehouse work and lifting.

A growing international shipping and logistics organization in North San Diego is hiring a Warehouse Lead for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a hands‑on warehouse professional who enjoys leading by example, keeping daily operations moving, and supporting a small, collaborative team.

The Warehouse Lead will guide 2 to 3 warehouse associates while staying actively involved in shipping, receiving, truck unloading, equipment movement, and warehouse processing. Key Responsibilities

Compensation and Benefits

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Pay: $25 per hour.
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
• 5 days of PTO per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA certification or interest in obtaining OSHA certification.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, equipment handling, or business services operations.
• Prior experience working with copiers, office equipment, or large equipment movement.
