Job Summary

A growing international shipping and logistics organization in Oceanside, CA is hiring a Warehouse Lead for a direct hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a hands‑on warehouse professional with leadership experience who enjoys keeping daily operations moving, supporting a small team, and staying actively involved in shipping, receiving, equipment processing, and truck unloading.

The Warehouse Lead will help guide a team of 2 to 3 warehouse associates while also working directly on the floor. Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities and help direct a small team of 2 to 3 warehouse associates.
• Unload trucks, move equipment, and assist with hands‑on warehouse processing of copiers and related products.
• Support shipping and receiving functions to ensure equipment is handled accurately and efficiently.
• Use MS Office and an inventory management system such as Acceleration to track and support warehouse activity.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and productive warehouse environment.

Compensation and Benefits

• Direct hire opportunity.
• Salary range: $25 per hour
• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
• 5 days of PTO per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3+ years of warehouse, shipping and receiving, logistics, or related experience.
• Previous warehouse lead, team lead, or hands‑on supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Acceleration or another inventory management system.
• Comfortable performing physical warehouse work, including moving equipment and unloading trucks.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Safety-focused, dependable, and able to lead by example in a warehouse environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA certification or interest in obtaining OSHA certification.
• Experience in shipping, logistics, equipment handling, or business services operations.
• Prior experience working with copiers, office equipment, or large equipment movement.
