Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience coordinating daily warehouse activities.
• Ability to safely lift, move, and handle warehouse materials.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate team members.
• Basic computer proficiency for inventory tracking and warehouse operations. Warehouse Lead, Team Lead, or Supervisor experience.
• Forklift certification or forklift operating experience.
• Experience with inventory control, cycle counts, and warehouse audits.
• ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), or inventory software experience.
• Shipping and receiving experience.
• Background in industrial supplies, construction materials, manufacturing, distribution, or related industries.
• Customer-facing warehouse or will-call experience.

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and support a team of 4-6 warehouse associates.
• Assign and prioritize daily tasks to meet operational goals.
• Train employees on safety procedures, warehouse processes, and best practices.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and accuracy standards.
• Foster a positive, accountable, and team-oriented work environment.

Warehouse Operations

• Oversee daily receiving, stocking, shipping, and order fulfillment activities.
• Ensure customer orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
• Coordinate workflows and resolve operational challenges quickly.
• Partner with internal teams to support customer and business needs.
• Coordinate local deliveries and vendor pickups.

Inventory Management

• Conduct cycle counts, inventory audits, and inventory reconciliation.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain organized storage locations and accurate product labeling.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and layout.

Customer Service & Safety

• Assist customers with pickup orders and will-call transactions.
• Provide professional and responsive customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Enforce safety policies and proper material-handling procedures.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
