Job summary

FreshDirect, LLC is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide on-site and remote technical assistance for warehouse and corporate staff. The role supports hardware, software, network, and AV needs across multiple Bronx facilities.

You will respond to IT requests within SLA, configure devices, manage accounts in Active Directory, and work with the PTS team to keep systems running smoothly. A strong customer-focused mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technology or 3 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency with multiple computer systems and applications.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Good problem-solving and diagnostic abilities.

Responsibilities

• Answer helpdesk calls with remote and on-site support.
• Respond to IT requests within SLA.
• Configure and support end-user hardware and devices.
• Perform moves, adds, and changes including off-hours.
• Troubleshoot network, IP addressing, cabling, and wireless issues.
• Administer Active Directory and user accounts.
• Provide A/V support for conference rooms and digital signage.
• Monitor alerts and respond to incidents.
• Assist in Kronos timekeeping configuration and maintenance.
• Travel to remote sites for projects and field installations.
