Job summary

FreshDirect seeks an IT Support Operations Analyst to deliver end-user tech support across enterprise environments, troubleshooting, deploying devices, and maintaining ticket records. You’ll collaborate with IT Corporate Technology Support, ensuring timely resolutions and KPI-driven service desk performance.

You will cover hardware, software, network basics, and SOP development while supporting plant, manufacturing, and corporate sites. NYC roots and cross-site travel required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technology or 3 years work experience in related field.
• Proficiency with a variety of computer systems/applications.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills; bilingual English and Spanish.
• Ability to work with no direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite IT support per SLA.
• Configure and support end-user devices and networks.
• Manage Active Directory and user accounts.
• Perform asset management and inventory.
• Assist in project tasks and SOP creation.
• Travel to remote sites for IT projects.
