Job summary

FreshDirect, a technology-driven grocery company based in New York, is looking for an IT Support Operations Analyst to support end-user devices and enterprise systems.

You will troubleshoot, configure, and deploy hardware, respond to service requests, and maintain ticketing records while ensuring SLA targets are met. Occasional travel to remote sites and collaboration with IT teams are required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in technology or 3 years work experience in related field.
• Proficiency with a variety of computer systems and applications.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual – English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Answer helpdesk calls with remote and onsite support.
• Respond to IT requests within established SLA.
• Configure and support hardware: PCs, printers, POS devices.
• Perform move/add/change tasks, including off-hours work.
• Administer Active Directory and handle password resets.
• Provide A/V support for conference rooms and digital signage.
• Travel to remote sites for IT projects and field installs.
• Create and update SOPs; maintain IT documentation.
