O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an IT Support Technician I to assist end-users with hardware and software issues. You will troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve IT problems, following established procedures and SLAs.

Responsibilities include second-line support, data entry, fault isolation, simple installs, and equipment categorization within a warehouse environment. A HS diploma or GED is required, with opportunities for growth and training included.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to analyze basic computer problems and develop practical solutions.
• Knowledge of store hardware and power equipment used in a warehouse.
• Experience diagnosing and fixing technology products.
• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence for issue tracking.

• Provide second-line hardware, software, and end-user support following documented procedures.
• Data entry into company systems and filing information to keep records accurate.
