Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line hardware, software, and end-user support per procedures and SLAs.
• Enter and file data accurately in company systems.
• Support initial fault isolation and simple installation tasks under supervision.
• Categorize equipment, process orders for shipping, and follow detailed procedures.
• Perform simple maintenance, repair, and knowledge-management tasks.
• Follow a scheduled work plan to meet project objectives.
