Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line hardware, software, and end-user support as required and in line with documented procedures and service-level targets to support the business effectively.
• Data entry into company systems and review/verify information for accuracy and accessibility.
• Provide initial fault isolation and propose resolutions for approval by more senior colleagues.
• Carry out standard installation and configuration activities under detailed guidance.
• Maintain CMDB data and contribute to the knowledge base for consumption.
