Responsibilities

• Provide second-line hardware, software and end-user support following documented procedures and SLAs.
• Enter data into company systems and file information to ensure accuracy.
• Assist in initial fault isolation and troubleshooting under supervision.
• Perform simple installation tasks per detailed instructions.
• Categorize equipment, process orders for shipping and maintain organization of assets.
• Carry out basic maintenance and knowledge management tasks to support team members.
• Follow an assigned schedule to meet project objectives.
