O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an IT Support Analyst to help end-users resolve hardware and software issues. You will respond to inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and identify practical solutions for IT equipment and applications.

The role requires basic office/operational system experience, strong communication, and an ability to work both independently and with a team in a fast-paced retail environment. This on-site position offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Level.
• Basic experience with office/operational systems (4–6 months).
• Experience in Service Desk or O'Reilly's support desk is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hardware, software, and end-user support following documented procedures and SLAs.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting for incidents related to computer systems, servers, software, POS hardware, store operations, telephony, LAN/WAN.
• Produce and update knowledge-base documents and help manage departmental systems.
• Isolate faults and propose resolutions for approval by senior staff.
• Access knowledge management resources to contribute to Knowledge Centered Support documentation.
