Walmart is seeking a Human Resources Office Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead daily HR operations, develop leaders, and partner with Operations to align staffing with business needs. You will use data, associate feedback, and AI tools to turn insights into practical actions that improve engagement and performance.

You’ll coach both hourly and salaried leaders, manage employee relations investigations, ensure compliance, and promote career growth through internal mobility and training.

Formación

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field or higher.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field or higher.
• PHR or SPHR certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily HR office operations and partner with Operations leadership to meet facility needs.
• Develop HR team through training, coaching, and clear ownership of tasks.
• Build trust by maintaining a visible floor presence and providing responsive associate support.
• Conduct associate relations investigations and support timely, fair resolutions.
• Coach hourly and salaried leaders on performance management and policy application.
• Partner with Operations to align staffing, workforce planning, and retention.
• Analyze workforce metrics and associate feedback to identify trends and drive actions.
• Utilize AI tools to analyze data and streamline HR processes.
