Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Business or Logistics required, or higher; or Walmart Logistics/2 years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Logistics also acceptable or 1 year Walmart Logistics experience.
• Experience supervising associates and leading teams in a logistics/retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop associates in the logistics area; assign duties and coordinate workloads.
• Monitor productivity and ensure safety, quality, and policy compliance.
• Train associates on policies and procedures and provide feedback.
