Walmart is seeking a senior HR leader to shape the HR strategy for a major business area, advising executives on organizational change and workforce planning. You will drive talent management initiatives, monitor HR performance, and ensure fair application of compensation policies while supporting a culture of integrity and belonging.

The role includes partnering with business leaders to deploy HR programs, develop talent, and align resources to strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and 4 years’ experience in human resources or related field OR 7 years’ experience in human resources or related field.
• Attends and completes required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsabilités

• Defines the HR strategy to support the business area and advises on organizational change initiatives.
• Drives talent management and workforce planning for the assigned area.
• Guides business leaders on HR issues and ensures compliance with compensation programs and policies.
• Executes HR practices, systems, programs, and policies across the assigned areas.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates and fosters a culture of belonging.
