Hy-Vee's Lomar Distribution Center seeks a Warehouse Generalist to perform heavy lifting, order selection via voice and pick-to-light, and palletize items for shipment to stores. You will verify pallet stability and stage orders for loading in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, the ability to follow simple instructions, basic math skills, and the stamina to operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and stock pickers safely.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Select orders via voice system and pick-to-light as needed.
• Palletize merchandise and ensure pallet stability.
• Apply pallet IDs and stage orders for loading.
• Perform daily safety checks on equipment and keep area clean.
• Attend departmental/company meetings and assist with duties as assigned.
