Fetch Package, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations at our Fort Lauderdale site.

You will supervise drivers, associates, and independent contractors, ensure accurate receiving, sorting, and dispatch, and uphold safety and performance standards to deliver an outstanding resident experience. Competenze

• 1+ years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations; supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to learn Fetch WMS quickly and use technology to manage workflow.
• Strong verbal and written communication; direct team effectively.
• Ability to make independent operational decisions and lead a shift.
• Must be able to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including inbound/outbound, receiving, sorting, staging, and dispatch to ensure timely delivery.
• Lead pre-shift and post-shift meetings; communicate goals and assign duties to drivers, associates, and contractors.
• Allocate labor across areas based on volume and priorities.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback; escalate issues to Warehouse Manager as needed.
• Train associates on SOPs and ensure ongoing compliance.
• Coordinate with independent contractors on onboarding, dispatch, and scheduling.
• Use WMS and reporting tools to monitor workflow and track KPIs like SLA attainment.
