Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Two (2) years related dispatch experience preferred.
• MS Office proficiency including Outlook, Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of Team Members in receiving, storing and shipping product in iDS and load documents to supervisors.
• Coordinate paperwork from and to outside truck drivers dropping off and picking up loads.
• Confer with supervisors/managers to coordinate warehouse activities and dispatch activities.
• Process cuts and communicate shortages to space planners, inventory control and management.
• Respond to customers' or shippers' questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution services.
