Momentum is seeking an Operations Specialist to support scheduling, dispatch, and carrier coordination in Jacksonville, FL. You will manage trucks, negotiate rates, monitor shipments, and maintain the transportation management system, delivering reliable service to customers.

Ideal candidates have AS400 and MS Office experience, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of supply chain concepts. This role requires punctuality and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• High school diploma/GED required.
• Supply chain; logistics; or transportation industry experience is preferred.
• Must be fluent in English and able to communicate clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule and dispatch trucks to meet customer demands.
• Negotiate with transportation providers for best rates and service.
• Monitor shipments from pickup through delivery and provide updates.
• Maintain transportation management system and provide timely communications.
• Identify issues and provide guidance for resolution.
