Holman Logistics seeks a dispatch coordinator to oversee the movement, storage and shipping of products, ensuring pickups and deliveries are efficient and timely. The role requires coordinating with supervisors, scheduling inbound work, and tracking shipments to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, two years of related experience, solid MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word), and a valid driver’s license with forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Two years related experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word.
• Certificates & Licenses: Valid State Driver’s License; Forklift Certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities of dispatchers to ensure timely pickups and deliveries.
• Confers with supervisors to coordinate warehouse and dispatch activities.
• Schedule inbound shipments and create daily inbound sheet.
• Track inbound shipments and notify carriers of issues.
• Audit receivers for compliance and release railcars; manage carrier issues.
• Maintain and update schedules for Amazon/Walmart orders and other loads.
• Ensure safety, accuracy and adherence to standards.
