Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and at least 1 year in transportation control.
• Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to learn and adapt to processes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Process a high volume of customer orders and change notices accurately and timely.
• Perform administrative duties including data entry, filing, and general office duties.
• Track orders and special product or order requests.
• Answer phone calls and direct to appropriate contacts.
