Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative for our Fort Worth warehouse. The role focuses on delivering excellent client service, accurate data entry of shipping/receiving information, and timely order processing to support site operations.

The CSR will handle inbound/outbound activity, generate documentation, and collaborate with other departments to meet service standards and maintain inventory integrity. Must have strong communication and data-entry skills.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in customer service.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Build rapport with clients and deliver exceptional service.
• Process and input customer orders with accuracy.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound activity for assigned accounts.
• Run shipments and stock reports from the WMS.
• Prepare related paperwork and information for customer work orders.
• Follow up with other departments to ensure service standards.
• Assist in training new or existing associates on procedures.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and proper handling of orders.
