Job summary

DSV - Global Transport and Logistics seeks a Customer Service Agent in Manassas to build rapport with clients, process orders, and ensure accurate data entry for shipments and receiving activities. The CSR will support multiple customers and assist in invoicing while maintaining service standards.

As part of the DSV team, you will coordinate with warehouse operations, monitor order status, and respond to inquiries promptly, contributing to a safe, efficient, and compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 1 year experience in a Customer Service-related capacity.
• Able to work in unregulated warehouse temperatures during warmer and colder months.

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run shipments from WMS and print documents.
• Check product availability and stock reports.
• Prepare and verify shipping/receiving paperwork and invoices.
• Handle returned merchandise and ensure credits.
• Communicate with customers to address inquiries and issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet service standards.
• Assist in data entry of orders, shipments, receipts, and inventories.
