Travero is seeking a Customer Service Associate to act as the primary contact for drivers and customers, coordinating shipping/receiving, managing inventory, and keeping ERP/WMS systems up to date. Qualifications

• Associate degree in administrative support or related area preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of customer service experience required.
• Experience with WMS software platform preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems updates preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and maintain organized workload.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule shipping and receiving appointments.
• Manage inventory and carrier/customer communications.
• Update WMS/ERP as needed.
• Perform general administrative duties (filing, scheduling, processing, distributing information).
• Provide support for customer information requests and potential business development opportunities.
