Job summary

Travero, a logistics solutions provider and wholly owned subsidiary of Alliant Energy, is seeking a detail-oriented Material Handler I. You will operate material handling equipment, manage inventory accuracy, and support a variety of customers while building a long-term career with Travero.

Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with exposure to temperature extremes. Use WMS/ERP to ensure accurate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods, while adhering to safety practices and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required.
• 2 years experience operating an electric forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing facility.
• Previous experience operating an electric high reach forklift.
• Experience with a warehouse management system (WMS) or ERP.
• Experience in a food-grade environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Secures trailers to docks and provides trailer information to the office.
• Moves product safely within the warehouse using forklift and related equipment.
• Uses WMS/ERP and adheres to inventory accuracy and customer compliance.
• Loads/unloads trailers, trucks, and rail cars without damaging goods.
• Participates in inventory tracking and audits.
• Follows established safety procedures.
