Job summary

Travero, a subsidiary of Alliant Energy, is hiring a Customer Service Associate to support warehouse operations. You will be the primary contact for drivers and customers, coordinating shipping/receiving and maintaining inventory using WMS/ERP systems.

The role emphasizes strong Excel skills, face-to-face relationship building, and collaboration within a fast-paced environment. A Associate Degree in administrative support or related area is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service experience.
• Associate Degree in administrative support or related area.
• Previous experience with a WMS software platform is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to use spreadsheets effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipping and receiving appointments and manage inventory.
• Communicate with carriers and customers regarding account activities.
• Update the WMS/ERP system as needed and perform related admin duties.
• Provide timely information requests and support for business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in revenue-generating projects.
