Job summary

Truvant is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Associate to support receipt, verification and recording of raw materials and products. Responsibilities include data entry for inbound/outbound shipments, documentation preparation, and ensuring inventory accuracy.

Role requires attention to detail, ability to read shipping docs, and adherence to GMP and OSHA safety policies. Forklift experience is preferred and the position involves standard warehouse duties and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Record inbound and outbound shipping data, productivity, and prior shift data into the inventory planning system.
• Prepare documentation for Production/Operation Leaders including work orders and shipping orders.
• Verify incoming shipments against manifest, invoice or order and report discrepancies.
• Store shipping materials and supplies as needed; communicate damages or shortages.
• Coordinate with carriers to arrange shipments and compare rates where possible.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and data integrity in systems.
