Qualifications

• 3 years of customer service experience required.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned accounts for warehouse and production customers, including scheduling, inventory, carrier interaction, and ERP/WMS updates.
• Provide prompt carrier and customer communications regarding account activities.
• Support customer information requests, business development opportunities, and value-added warehouse or production projects.
• Update the ERP/WMS as needed and perform general administrative duties.
