Job summary

Verrex Corporation seeks a Warehouse Specialist in Andover, MA to join the shipping and receiving team. The role handles receiving, organizing inventories, packing, and coordinating shipments within the Boston area, with occasional travel to Mountainside, NJ.

The successful candidate will lift up to 75 pounds, operate a pallet jack, and maintain supplies. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license are required, with strong communication skills and basic computer use expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Experience driving a 16- to 25-foot box truck.
• Strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and organize project and inventory materials.
• Process Pick/Pull Tickets and Ship Requests, including verification with field technicians or delivery personnel.
• Deliveries across the Boston metro area and occasional trips to Verrex HQ in Mountainside, NJ.
• Maintain and restock shop, office, kitchen, and restroom supplies; provide maintenance as needed.
• Operate a pallet jack and lift up to 75 pounds; manage packaging and shipping activities.
