Job summary

Travero in the United States, an Alliant Energy subsidiary, is seeking a Customer Service Associate to be the primary contact for drivers and customers. Responsibilities

• Own assigned accounts for warehouse and production customers, including scheduling, inventory, carrier interaction, and ERP/WMS updates.
• Provide prompt carrier and customer communications regarding account activities.
• Support customer information requests, business development opportunities, and value-added warehouse or production projects.
• Update the ERP/WMS as needed and perform general administrative duties.
