Job summary

GEODIS is hiring a Warehouse Customer Service Representative in Edison, New Jersey. You will interact with customers by phone, email, or in person to handle orders, billing issues, and service changes.

The role includes processing orders, running stock reports, coordinating last‑minute shipping, and ensuring accurate invoicing while maintaining strong customer relations. The position supports a range of shifts including part‑time, full‑time, and seasonal work.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months related experience and/or training.
• Experience with AS400 and warehouse management systems preferred.
• PC literate with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to write reports and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information clearly to groups.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone, email, or in person to take orders or changes in service.
• Process and input customer orders and receipts; run stock reports.
• Coordinate special shipping requests with transportation departments.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and maintain good customer relations.
• Maintain records, respond to inquiries, and relay customer feedback to management.
• Support administrative tasks and office operations as needed.
