Job summary

GEODIS in Edison, NJ is seeking a warehouse associate to track hours, direct teams, coordinate shipping, and ensure safe handling of freight. The role involves unloading, moving, picking, and preparing products for shipment with attention to accuracy and efficiency.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of warehouse experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with MS Office. Stand Up Forklift experience and Synapse training are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years related experience and/or training.
• Experience with warehouse equipment, preferably Stand Up Forklift.

Responsibilities

• Track employee hours in account to provide feedback.
• Direct team of employees for one or more accounts in warehouse.
• Coordinate with CSR and Operations Supervisor to determine shipping schedules and labor requirements.
• Unload and move inbound freight to storage locations safely.
• Pull and prepare product for shipment with exact quantity and type.
• Perform picking duties efficiently to meet customer and company standards.
