Job summary

GEODIS is hiring a Senior Warehouse Customer Service Representative to support daily logistics operations in our Bucks County facility. You will handle order entry, tracking, invoicing, and proactive customer communications to ensure accurate, on-time deliveries and resolve issues quickly.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, professional communication, and adherence to company policies while supporting a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED (General Education Diploma) equivalency.
Minimum 2 years related experience and/or training.
Exposure to Tier 1 or 2 warehouse management system or comparable.

Responsibilities

Monitors service calls to observe CSRs' demeanor, technical accuracy, and conformity to company policies (Note: kept from original responsibilities section).
Inputs information into computer to compile work volume statistics for accounting purposes and to keep records of customer service requests and complaints (Note: kept from original responsibilities section).
Completes contract forms, determines charges for service requested, collects deposits, prepares change of address records, and issues discontinuance orders (Note: kept from original responsibilities section).
