Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months related experience or training.
• Experience with AS400 and warehouse management systems preferred.
• Proficient PC skills: Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Ability to write reports and customer communications.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone, email, or in person and process orders.
• Adjust billing or service complaints and refer issues to appropriate departments.
• Process orders, run stock reports, and verify product availability.
• Coordinate special, last minute shipping requests and expediting orders as needed.
• Maintain invoicing accuracy and strong customer relationships.
