Job summary

Engineered Materials Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator to maintain optimal warehouse performance by coordinating shipping and receiving activities and supporting logistics operations. You will play a critical role in ensuring orders are shipped accurately and materials are managed efficiently.

The ideal candidate brings 4–6 years in outbound transportation, proven lead experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in outbound-transportation environment/export experience.
• Previous lead experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in high pressure environment with minimal oversight.
• Knowledge of personal computers and ability to learn Oracle transactions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare/package materials for shipment to outside processing or customers
• Fill orders or requisitions for materials by locating, retrieving, unpackaging and kitting or delivering materials to plant locations.
• Verify correctness of shipments against bills of lading, invoices or other records.
• Check for shortages and reject damaged goods.
• Assist in loading and unloading of trucks and movement of materials to storage locations.
• Maintain an acceptable level of housekeeping order and cleanliness in the area.
• Receive materials, equipment, merchandise and similar items in a storeroom or warehouse.
• Store items in high/low bay racks, in bins or on the floor. Includes marking or tagging items for identification.
• Complete Oracle / Maximo inventory and other ERP transactions.
• Safely operate a fork lift truck, overhead crane or other material handling equipment
• Prepare records of goods shipped by making bills of lading, posting weight and shipping charges and maintaining shipping records
• Wear all required PPE at all times.
• Other duties as required.
