Qualifications

• One-year certificate or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in warehouse or distribution center.
• Experience with data entry in logistics.
• Proficiency in inventory management software.
• Ability to convert weight metrics per customer needs.
• Strong numerical accuracy.
• Willingness to work overtime/off-shift.

Responsibilities

• Inventory & shipment coordination – manage receipt, storage, and shipment of inventory.
• Data entry & logistics management – track product movement and update records.
• Team coordination & communication – give instructions to forklift operators and staff.
• Quality control & inspections – perform inventory checks for accuracy and standards.
• Process optimization – maintain organized workflows and troubleshoot issues.
