Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience managing outbound shipments and coordinating with carriers.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and package materials for shipment to processing or customers.
• Fill orders by locating, retrieving, and delivering materials to locations.
• Verify shipments against bills and records.
• Screen shortages and reject damaged goods.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and moving materials.
• Maintain housekeeping in the work area.
• Receive and store materials in storerooms or warehouses.
• Store items in racks or bins and tag for ID.
• Complete Oracle/Maximo transactions.
• Operate forklift, crane or other handling equipment.
• Prepare shipping records and bills of lading.
• Wear PPE at all times.
